We allow you into the party we expect you to behave like adults. Only touch your stuff unless someone asks you to touch their stuff. Events are to be fun and educational. If you act like a Jerk you will ruin the fun for everyone, and get removed from the event.

We will not allow any under the age of 14 to the party unless accompanied by a parent. This is an adult party, with adult language and topics. We are not responsible for what your children see or hear at Sol Games. All parents need to stay at least one hour to ensure the environment your child will be in.

We don't want a food run to cause a mess all over the floor, or someone to sit on another's pizza. We have plenty of trash receptacles and we request that you use them. When you are ready to leave the event please check your station and make it look as clean as it was when you first got to it.

Unless asked to by the owner. Don't help anyone on their computer unless you know what you are doing, we are not responsible for your computer and settings. If you mess up someone's computer it ruins the event for them and usually gets a number of people angry. So only solve problems that you know how to fix. Learn from each other. And make sure to explain that you will look at their problem only if not held resposible if you make it worse.

If you steal you will be physically removed from the party and the authorities will be called. We will not allow theft around our events. Just ask the kid that was banned for bragging about how he stole from Kmart. Banning is forever and covers all current locations and any future locations of any Solgames events.

The $10 a day donation we request is to allow our events to continue. It covers power, tables, chairs, network cables, power strips, trophys, awards, prizes, and many more items that is required to run a fun, enjoyable lanparty. If you wish to attend you must dontate at least the $10 a day.

Sol Games is not responsible for anything that you do or that someone does to you. We are not responsible for your software, hardware, vehicle, medical condition, girlfriend, children, or anything of value. Play at your own risk. If you want us to be responsible for something you are in the wrong place.

This is not a free for all food party. We request that you bring your own food and drink. We encourage food runs to Wendy's or Dennys. Venus also is trying to offer home cooked meal for those that want it. This is a non-alcoholic event. If we have a problem with this department you will be removed from the party.

Sol Games does not want unwanted contraband at our events. If contraband is seen, you will be asked to leave. Contraband is considered any pornagraphy, warez, drugs, alcohol, or otherwise unpleasant material. If you are still unsure want is considered contraband it is your responisiblity to ask Breaker or another staff member to be sure.

When you enter into a Solgames event you are allowing yourself to be video taped and photographed. Solgames can use your likeness in their marketing materal and / or on their website. You release Solgames of any desired fees or responsiblity for using your photograph. If you do not want to be videotaped or do not want your image to be used on the website then the Solgames events are not for you.

There is a kiosk at the front for each and every gamer to sign in. If you do not have a bar code, get with a staff member to provide you with one. After you sign in be sure your photo is correctly displayed on the front computer. Failure to sign in could result in removal from an event. We will upgrade the kiosk to a biometric hand scanner version soon to speed sign ins.

By attending a Sol Games event you agree to each of these rules and any others that we decided to emplement along the way. If you are not following the rules you will be asked to leave without a refund. If you do not leave we will call the authorities to have you removed.
